Massive Action Benefits Your Business

Massive action requires a few simple things for solid execution -

1) Focus

2) A Plan

If you are ready to take massive action in your business, get these 2 things solid first.

To do this, you want to first take a look at what your goal is - what is it you want to accomplish. Do you want to recruit more, be a better trainer or provide better support for your team?

Then, you want to lay out what your plan will look like. What steps need to be included in your massive action campaign? If you want to recruit more, you might include a focus on relationship building, practicing your presentation and making phone calls on a daily basis. If you want to support your team better you might run a team training gathering or simply reach out to a few team members everyday to help them navigate their businesses.

Finally, you need to block out times in your calendar that you will be focused and committed to taking massive action.

As an example, consider running your business in 90-day sprints. I know, I know, 90-days seems like a long time. Take that and break it into 3 30-day chunks.

1st 30-days, focus on recruiting, recruiting, recruiting!

2nd 30-days, focus on training those who you have recruited and help them begin their first 30-days of recruiting, recruiting, recruiting

3rd 30-days, focus on sorting the leaders, recognition and identifying customers versus those who are more focused on growing a business.

What's great about this plan is that your momentum builds as you start each 30-day cycle, instead of jumping back and forth between 3 different major tasks. Similar to a plane taking off down a runway, it takes a good bit more fuel to get it going then it does once the plane is in the air and just coasting. If you're going to put the effort into building momentum why not take advantage of the coasting part of the trip as well?? Don't change direction just as you're getting started.

Your focus will naturally evolve when you have set goals you are taking action toward.

I don't know about you but 30-days is about as long as I can focus on one major task anyway!

Go out and claim your abundance check!
